While Motorola Droid RAZR is more about style, Samsung Galaxy Nexus is for techies who are always in look-out for new features. Galaxy Nexus comes with the all-new and much talked about Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS but Motorola decided not to take any chance by sticking to Android Gingerbread. Both devices have same processor & RAM, which means you will not find major speed difference. Yes, the resolution and screen of Samsung Galaxy Nexus is higher & larger than RAZR. Again, Droid RAZR stands-out when it comes to camera with its 8MP resolutions (Galaxy Nexus has 5MP camera).

And how can we not talk about the thickness of Motorola Droid RAZR. It is the slimmest phone in the market with just 7.1mm thickness and the device also weighs 127g (Galaxy Nexus is 135g).

It totally depends on the buyer if he let himself get attracted to the good looks of Motorola Droid RAZR or he wants to try his hands on new Android Ice Cream Sandwich.
